Kashi Packaging Redesign

A new dawn for Kashi

In partnership with the branding gurus at JKR Global, I served as Editorial Director on a packaging redesign for Kashi. Our philosophy was "good clean food deserves good clean design," and that's exactly what we created.

But the most interesting part? Storytelling. We used the panel on the back of every box to tell the story of the unique ingredients in each product. Each had a unique, editorial feel to really connect the consumer with what was in their bowl.

Whether it was enjoying a "small family dinner" (in the south, that's about 30 people) with Peggy the sprouted grains guru or taking a ride with Mike the sweet potato farmer on his tractor, I got to know the people behind the foods and put their stories out into the world.
