For the Tennessee Department of Tourism, we don’t like to tell people where to visit in the state. We prefer the countless number of musical artists from there to do it for us. So, we created a content series called Spotlight Stories—a scrappy, nimble way to maximize a short window of time to talk to native Tennessee artists when they’re passing through the state. For instance, this one with Judah and the Lion. We only had the band for an hour before their show in Knoxville, but were able to use them to solidify the state as The Soundtrack of America.
